A California federal judge dismissed a class-action lawsuit against Caitlyn Jenner and business partner Sophia Hutchins, ruling that the plaintiff—a British investor—could not seek recourse in U.S. courts for losses tied to meme coins. The tokens, created and promoted by Jenner on foreign platforms, fell outside U.S. jurisdiction as the plaintiff failed to demonstrate transactions occurred domestically.
